Not a thing! I will bring everything I need with me so you don’t have to worry about supplying anything! However, if you prefer to use a specific cleaning product that I do not carry, or to use your own vacuum or supplies, I would ask that you leave those items out for me.

My hours are extremely flexible to meet your needs, especially with Move IN/OUT cleans. If you need me be to there during the evening and into the night because you are moving in/out the next day, I can make that happen.

Absolutely not! To be honest, its easier when the house is empty so I can focus solely on getting it cleaned with no distractions.

You will need to provide me a way to gain access before cleaning day. Most clients will leave the key under the mat, or in a lockbox with a code so I can get in and out. I am very trustworthy and will be sure to lock up and put the key back where it was found.

It all depends on how much there is to do, the size of your home, etc. I have a better idea once I am there and could communicate via email or text the timing on the day of. Also, cleanings could be split between a couple of days if that works better for your schedule.

As long as your dog or cat is ok with strangers than I am ok with them, otherwise I would ask to have them in a crate or contained area. I do ask to have all reptiles, snakes and rodents in a contained area at all times. I also ask to advise me if you have animals who will be there before the clean.

No problem! Just a quick email, text or call will do! Fee mays apply if you cancel with less than 12hrs notice.

All you need to do is ask! I have no problem sitting down with clients and making a “list” specific to their needs.

All my products and equipment are sanitized before each clean. I will under no circumstance come into your home if I have flu like symptoms. I will always sanitize prior to entry. I am fully vaccinated. Masks and gloves will be worn if requested.
